Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Pierced Bowl on Pedestal Foot 1899

Description

This is a lovely quality antique Victorian sterling silver bowl on pedestal foot with lovely pierced decoration.

It measures 7" (18 cms) across the top x 5" (12.5 cms) high to the rim.

It's hallmarked for London 1899 with the silversmiths mark for R & W Sorley and is also marked underneath 'Sorley Silversmiths, Glasgow'

It's gilded inside, is in excellent condition with no damage at all and there are no inscriptions or monograms.

It weighs 427 grams / 13.7 troy oz which gives you some idea of the quality.

This bowl will come with a certificate of authenticity.
