This ring is made in the manner of earlier Roman cameo/intaglio rings from the 2nd-4th century AD.
The cameo features a portrait of a lady and is probably made from antique glass.
The rich gold tone and black contrast creates a stunning look especially under natural sunlight and stands out as a unique piece even among other jewellery.
