There are cochineal highlights through out the rug, the border is of the traditional Tekke ''Flag'' design or ''Tekbent'' design as it is known to the Turkmen. The rug retails its original large elem panels at both ends.The rug is in fair condition with some scattered wear and medium / low pile.
