Antique Victorian burr walnut inlaid freestanding davenport having a shaped inlaid top opening to reveal a fitted interior, original leather writing slope crossbanded in burr walnut with satinwood inlay opening to reveal two dummy drawers and two opening drawers. It boasts a wonderful polished walnut freestanding back, to the right hand side four opening burr walnut drawers with original turned walnut knobs and to the left hand side are four dummy drawers with original turned walnut knobs, inlaid burr walnut front with quality turned shaped carved supports standing on a plinth base with original turned feet.
