Description

This highly attractive pair of early Victorian beds are joinable to make an occasional super king size bed, perfect for a guest or spare room, the beds come with metal joiners which attach to the Side rails.

Beautiful flowing lines are connected by fabulously detailed castings, featuring a lovely central design, floral, and composite-esque style castings. The beds have been hand painted in lovely and light off white and soft green tones using Little Greene’s Pearl under a wash of Aquamarine Deep.

The side rails have been strengthened and adapted to support wood slats or a bed base.

Suitable for mattress size 90cm x 190cm / 3’ x 6’3”

Head height 121cm

Foot height 98.5cm

Side rail height 39.5cm

Price includes wood slats (Sorry not mattress).

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2” or 4” deep upholstered bed base – Bed photographed on slats.
