Description

An Art Deco vintage engagement ring crafted in platinum and set with a high white old European cut diamond. The clarity grading is I1, but the inclusions in no way affect the fire and vibrancy of the diamond. The centre stone is secured in an eight-claw collet with an open gallery, allows maximum light through the stone. The fancy shoulders are set with a further six diamonds – three each side – conforming to a slender, platinum shank.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR (#30310578).

Cut – Old European cut in the centre with rose cuts and round cuts in the shoulders.

Colour – The centre is G, the sides are F to H.

Clarity – The old cut is I1. The diamonds in the shoulders are SI1 to I1.

Carat – The centre is a known 1.31 carat, with a further approximate 0.05 carat in the shoulders.

Circa – 1930.

Size – J 1/2 (UK) or 5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.

Measurements – The centre is approximately 6.9 x 6.8mm and sits 6.75mm from the finger.

Weight – 3.75 grams

Metal – The band is internally stamped PLATINUM and tests as such.
