A very high-quality, Shapland & Petter, late 19th century American walnut framed compendium wardrobe with ebonised detailing. The design incorporating aesthetic movement influences. The wardrobe is a superb piece of furniture with a moulded cornice over a single mirrored door opening to an interior with a hanging rail and hooks & oozes quality throughout. The wardrobe has a further small cupboard with a floral carved door, one small shallow drawer, three half-length deep drawers and large base drawer. This quality, Shapland & Petter craftsman made piece of furniture exudes quality & style and will last a lifetime & is as beautiful & useful today as the day it was made.
