A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a round medal with a relief of Jesus Christ with the Sacred Heart with a pierced surround of diamonds and plant motifs surrounding His halo. Signed A Lavrillier for Andre Lavrillier faintly to the lower right edge of the surround, stamped with the eagle''s head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture and a partial maker''s mark.
