A beautiful antique mahogany neoclassical open bookcase. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1930’s.

The quality is fantastic, this is really well made with gorgeous brass neoclassical figure heads on the upper corners, and grooved front edges. The mahogany has gorgeous colour tones and grain patterns, this has a cross banded top and sits on a nicely made plinth base. The two shelves are removable and adjustable.

We have had this recently re-polished, it is in lovely condition for its age with a great patina and just some minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
