Antique Two Stone Diamond Twist Ring C.1918 Tests As 18ct Gold

A beautiful antique two stone diamond twist ring which tests as18ct gold. The narrow gold band twists and broadens at the top curling into two cylindrical settings each set with a diamond. The diamonds are nicely matched and brilliant cut with lots of sparkle, which is enhanced by a white metal beaded detail surrounding the stones.
This ring is in a particularly lovely shade of antique gold and its design is elegant and timeless. The band is inscribed inside ''JS & JK 20/10/18'' which dates this to 1918 and the end of World War I. The ring is otherwise unmarked or hallmarked.
A very attractive ring which could be an engagement ring or would make a wonderful romantic gift.

Measurements: Width across setting of diamonds: 7mm Depth of setting: 4 mm Weight: 2.06 grams
