Description

A very rare antique solid silver novelty scent / perfume bottle. It is hallmarked with French weevil marks and importers marks - possibly imported into Belgium. I would date it to c1900. It has been superbly designed being in the form of a mandolin. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 5.25 inches (14cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.4cm) wide and weighs 46 grams. A beautiful rare piece.
