Antique Georgian Sterling Silver Bachelor Coffee Pot 1765

Description

This is a superb antique Georgian hallmarked solid sterling silver coffee pot for one measuring 8? (20 cms) tall x 6? (15 cms) across from handle to spout with a capacity of just under 3/4 pint.

The condition is excellent with no damage – any marks you can see are just reflections and there are no inscriptions or monograms.

It’s hallmarked for London 1765 with the silversmiths mark for John Payne.

It weighs 458.5 grams/14.7 troy oz which gives you an idea of the quality and inside is clean and perfectly usable.

This coffee pot will come with a certificate of authenticity.
