A high quality solid oak wring bureau chest by Heals of London in the twenties.
The writing fall opens over two short drawers over three long and graduating drawers, they all run very well and are clean inside. Inside the writing bureau area are original fitted pigeon holes. This English antique oak Heals bureau chest stands on four lovely original oak bun feet and is complete with working lock and key. The Buttery Hutch range of Heals furniture was one of the best quality ranges they ever made.
