Pleasingly simple Edwardian all brass double bed with dipped brass top rail and Edwardian caps. Porcelain castors. All original. This bed has been sympathetically restored with side rails strengthened and adapted to support wood slats. The brass has been cleaned and polished to maintain natural aged patina. Suitable for double mattress 140cm x 190cm/ 4'6" x 6'3".

Side rail height 38.5cm

Overall length 203.5cm

Overall width 140.5cm

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2" platform top mini box base.These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. Photograph taken with wood slats. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices.
