Description

A super quality English solid sterling silver sugar caster or shaker. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1940 with the makers marks being that of Wilson & Sharp Ltd of Edinburgh. It has a beautiful Celtic design, sometimes called the Lindisfarne Pattern, and angular Art Deco lid. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The inside is clean and the lid fits nice and tight. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12cm) tall by 2.25 inches (5.8cm) wide and weighs 110 grams. A beautifully made very stylish example.
