English Georgian Solid Sterling Silver Tea Pot Stand Tray 1787 Antique

Description

A rare English Georgian antique solid sterling silver tray or tea pot stand. It is hallmarked for London 1787 with the makers marks being that of Henry Chawner. It has been superbly made being engraved with a flowers design and the cartouche engraved with the single letter T. It is in superb condition, having no dings splits or repairs. It measures approx. 6.75 inches (16.8cm) long by 5 inches (12.2cm) wide by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) tall and weighs 128 grams. A super example.
