Antique Turquoise & Seed Pearl Set Brooch Pendant

A beautiful antique turquoise & pearl set brooch which can also be worn as a pendant, the pearl-set drop of the brooch becoming the chain loop which transforms this versatile jewellery into a necklace. The brooch is a rounded square design set with twenty four seed pearls around the edge and on the four small leaf motifs decorating each side. Five cabuchon turquoises in the corners and centre balance out the leaves perfectly in a lovely naturalistic design. The elliptical pearl-set drop / pendant loop adds movement and interest. The pendant tests as 15ct with a 9ct pin.

Aside from great beauty and charm, the ability to simply transform the brooch into a pendant gives this piece great versatility and wearability.
