Technical Description
A late 18th century Dutch or English brass chamberstick. The handle is cast brass with a pierced hole at the end for hanging. The socket which is also brass sheet is riveted to the base with copper rivets.
Similar chambersticks may be found in “Antique Brass Candlesticks” by John Robert grove, figures 104-108.
