A lovely vintage 9ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Set Heart Pendant Necklace. The pendant is set with 7 sapphires (5 points) and 7 diamonds (3 point) set in white, in a gold love heart setting. The pendant measures 22mm x 12mm, the pendant is presented on a 18"/45cm 9ct gold chain. The total weight is 2.9 grams, The necklace is offered in good condition.

Metal: 9ct yellow gold.

Stone(s): 7 x sapphire (0.05ct), totalling (0.35ct), 7 x diamond (0.03ct), totalling (0.21ct)
