Rare Large Irish Sterling Silver Holy Communion Chalice Cup 1962 Religious 380g

Description

A stunning rare large Irish solid sterling silver holy communion chalice or goblet. It is hallmarked for Dublin 1962 with the makers mark being that of Alwright & Marshall Ltd. It has been superbly designed being engraved with a cross and inscription around the base. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 7.5 inches (18.8cm) tall by 3.25 inches (8.6cm) across the rim by 6 inches (16cm) across the base and weighs 380 grams. A very good quality well made piece.
