A beautiful cased pair of Edwardian English solid sterling silver gilt serving spoons. They are hallmarked for Chester 1909 with the makers marks being that of John Millward Banks. They have been beautifully designed having circular bowls and cast apostle terminals. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the case is also superb. The spoons measure approx. 7 inches (17.2cm) long by 2.25 inches (5.6cm) wide and have a combined weight of 108 grams (excluding the case). Beautifully made top quality very interesting examples.
