Superb English Sterling Silver Toast Rack 1936 Antique 72g Art Deco Unusual

1920 - 1940
Description

A superb English solid sterling silver toast rack. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1936 with the makers marks being that of Adie Brothers Ltd. It has been superbly designed, rather like a backbone, and is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.5cm) long by almost 2 inches (4.7cm) wide by 1.75 inches (4.4cm) tall. The division gaps measure approx. 0.5 inch (1.2cm) wide and weighs 72 grams. A very good quality piece.
