Edwardian Solid Silver Wine Bottle Holder , 1908

Description

A very attractive Edwardian solid silver syphon stand or wine bottle holder. The stand with very pretty pierced decoration with two cast applied handles and shaped gadrooned rim, standing on a plain stepped circular foot. Fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1908 by Boardman, Glossop & Co Ltd.

In excellent condition, some light tarnish to inside of the base.

Diameter at base: 14 cm.

Diameter at top: 11cm

Height: 18 cm

In excellent condition, ready to be used.
