Description

A beautiful rare boxed Australian solid silver Arts & Crafts cake server. It is hallmarked SILVER with the makers mark being that of Sargison's of Hobart. I would date it to c1940s. It has been beautifully designed being planished with the terminal being in the form of a gumnut. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 9.25 inches (23cm) long by 2 inches (5cm) wide and weighs 48g grams excluding the box. A superbly made piece.
