A George III Silver Helmet Cream Jug

A George III silver helmet shaped milk jug, with a punch beaded border over a band of bright cut and wriggle cut decoration, with floral motifs to the sides and a vacant rectangular escutcheon in a matted field within a wreath of bright cut leaves, on a capstan foot on a square base and with a reeded handle, London 1794 possibly by John King.
 
Condition: Overall very good, the jug is in very good condition with no splits or dents, it stands straight and has elegant proportions. The hallmarks are clear with the exception of the maker''s mark, and overall it has a wonderful patina and colour.
