The Silver Squirrel has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
They have been superbly designed being cast in the form of grape vines and more unusually have a hooked end for drawing or separating bunches. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They have a nice tight smooth action. They measure approx. 6.25 inches (15.7cm) long by 2.25 inches (5.7cm) wide at the handles and weigh 74 grams. Superbly made very high quality rare examples.
