Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The hallmarks are clearly visible on one side for Omar Ramsden, assayed in London and dated 1936. It is also engraved with the Latin inscription 'Omar Ramsden Fecit ' (meaning Omar Ramsden Made'.

An outstanding tea strainer aesthetically pleasing to the eye and revealing wonderful craftmanship and design, very collectable being an Omar Ramsden original piece.
Condition: In super condition. A good heavy gauge of silver very lightly planished to produced a matt effect - superb for a collector!
