Beautiful five stone natural sapphire and old European cut diamond 18ct ring set in 18ct yellow gold. Set with natural sapphires in 18ct gold 0.75cts Size N. Diamonds as are bright and sapphires a good cornflower colour. As for sizing on check out and I will quote for you. Size N and 2.8gms.
