Beautiful Russian 84 Solid Silver Enamel Spoon C1880 Antique

Description

A superb Russian solid 84 silver gilt spoon. It is hallmarked with the 84 Kokoshnik standard mark and the makers mark of Klingert, who operated in Moscow between 1865 to 1916. It has been superbly designed having a gilded bowl and the back of the bowl enamelled. It is in superb condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs. The enamel is superb, there is just one turquoise piece missing near where the bowl joins and a nibble to the terminal - see final photos. It measures approx. 4.5 inches (11.2cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and weighs 14 grams. A very high quality piece.
