Description

A lovely plain and simply designed silver photograph frame. The back of the frame is wooden with an arm to allow free standing. Clear hallmarks are visible on one side of the frame for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1931, Lion Passant indicating sterling silver and maker's mark for the silversmith: Blanckensee & Son

A fine frame would make a fabulous gift for any occasion. Some impressions to the silver commensurate with age and mentioned for accuracy.

Measurements: Size of frame: 15.2 cm x 10.2 cm (the frame would hold a photograph size 3.5 inches x 5.25 inches).
