Classic Plain Circular Silver Frame, Birmingham 1917

A lovely plain and simple silver photo frame in circular form.  The frame is a neat polished silver with no engravings.  Clear hallmarks are visible on one side of the frame for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1917 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver.  The silver maker's mark is also visible: Deakin & Francis Ltd .  The back of the frame is a nice solid natural wood.

 

Great gift for any occasion.  The frame is is very good overall condition (there are some slight impressions in two areas around the edge of the frame commensurate with age which we mention for complete accuracy).

 

Measurements:  Diameter width to outside edge of frame:  12.5 cm  (4.9 inches).
