Sterling Silver and Blue Agate Bookmark Page Marker Antique 1907

1900 - 1920
Description

A superb English solid sterling silver bookmark or page maker. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1907 with no makers marks. It has been beautifully designed having a blue banded agate handle. It is in super condition being free from dings splits chips and repairs, there is a microscopic scuff to the tip and a small blob of silver near the handle join but these look to have been part of its manufacture. It measures approx. 3.5 inches (8.8cms) long and weighs 5 grams. A beautifully designed rare example.
