Very Stylish Solid Silver Trianglular Box C1940 Art Deco

Description

A very stylish solid silver box. It is hallmarked SIL and tests as high grade silver - I would date it to c1940 possibly made in India? It has been stylishly designed being of triangular form hand engraved with a stylized sunburst pattern. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and the lid closes tight. It measures approx. 2.25 inches (6cm) across by over 2 inches (5.5cm) wide by 0.75 inch (1.7cm) tall and weighs 48 grams. A nice quality example.
