Description

A rare Art Deco solid sterling silver cigarette / cheroot case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1934 with the makers mark being that of Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd. It has been stylishly made having a engine turned designed to both the front and back and blue enamelled stripes along with The Queens Own insignia. It is in very good condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The enamel is free from chips and cracks. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.3cms) by over 2.75 inches (7.5cm) wide and weighs 102 grams. A superbly designed piece.
