Very Rare 196g English Sterling Silver Toast Rack or Letter Rack 1937 Antique

1920 - 1940
Description

A stunning heavy rare English solid sterling silver toast or letter rack. It is hallmarked for London 1937 with the makers marks being that of Thomas Bradbury & Sons. It has been superbly designed in a classical Art Deco lyre form. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.5 inches (14cm) across by 3 inches (7.4cm) wide by 6 inches (15cm) tall. The division gaps measure approx. 0.5 inch (1.2cm) wide and it is very heavy weighting 196 grams. A very good quality piece.
