9ct Gold Ladybrid on Leaf Charm / Pendant London 1952

1940 - 1960
Description

A very lovely and unusual 9ct gold charm / pendant.  A small ladybird bug is featured alighting on a gold leaf.  It is fully hallmarked on the back of the leaf for London 1952, 9ct gold.  Would look great on a charm bracelet or as a pendant on a chain. There is a loop at the top for attachment.

 

Condition:  In great condition (note the ladybird would probably have been enamelled when made, however, the enamel is no longer visible although this does not detract in any way from the item).

 

Hallmarks:  London 1952 9ct gold

 

Measurements:  Height: 1.8 cm   Width:  1 cm    Weight:  1.06 grams
