A super example of a solid silver vintage buckle belt with a lovely scrolling foliate design to the front. The silver has been gilded all over and retains a slight golden sheen, a very pale gold colour.The belt buckle symbolises eternity, loyalty, strength and protection. It represents the binding love between the giver and the wearer, and also a love ever-lasting as the loop has no beginning and no end.
