Rare English Sterling Silver Victoria Golden Jubilee Bookmark 1886 Antique Royal

Description

A rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver bookmark. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1886 with the makers marks being that of Henry Wilkinson & Co. It has a superbly designed for the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria, you do sometimes see Diamond Jubilee pieces but few Golden Jubilee pieces. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 4 inches (10.2cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2.2cm) wide and weighs 10 grams. A rare superb example.
