A superb hallmarked, pierced silver coaster, suitable for a wine bottle or decanter. This fine example is of good gauge silver and has an attractively pierced and engraved rim, with a piecrust border and exquisite patterned fretwork. There is a recessed base for stability and the available area would suit a wine bottle, champagne bottle or a small decanter. A good practical piece and an excellent gift idea. Dimensions below.
