Beautiful Austrian Sterling Silver Gilt Turquoise Enamel Rouge Pot Box C1930

Description

A beautiful rare Art Deco solid sterling silver gilt and enamel rouge pot or box. It is hallmarked with the Austrian 935 standard mark, Hoopoe bird mark along with a markers mark. It has been beautifully made having an turquoise enamelled exterior with the underside of the lid having a mirror. It is in very good condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The enamel is complete and free from chips repairs and cracks, the mirror has a few black spots and marks. It measures approx. 1.25 inches (3cm) across by over 0.25 inch (1cm) tall and weighs 14 grams. A beautifully designed piece.
