Astonishingly Rare Antique Kashmiri Floor Standing Open Twist Lamp

Description

A remarkably rare antique Kashmiri open twist lamp, of exceptionally large proportions, thus a floor standing example! This unique piece has two twist sections interconnected with a variety of turnings, all sitting on a round base, the entirety hand decorated in superb detail with multi colour floral decoration on a black ground all under a lacquer finish.

Condition

Remarkably intact, a couple of old and good repairs to the lower twist . Rewired ,new bayonet and PAT tested
