A Quality Pair of Onslow Pattern Silver Gravy Ladles

A fine pair of silver gravy or sauce ladles in the sought after Onslow pattern. Due to the high scrap price over the last few years, so much antique silver has been destroyed and flatware is probably the greatest victim. Heavy quality examples have been particularly badly hit and surviving examples are now quite scarce.

These fine ladles are of good gauge and have fully cast terminals with vacant cartouches. They bear the distinction of being by the great name of Mappin & Webb and have deep fluted bowls. Dimensions below.
