Rare Set of Six Dutch Solid Silver Galleon Ship Buttons 1890 Antique

Description

A rare set of six Dutch solid sterling silver buttons. They are hallmarked with Dutch silver sword mark and the V export mark on the larger one used 1814-1893, I would date them to c1890. They have been superbly designed with the image of a galleon ship. They are all in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. The largest one measures 1.25 inches (3cm) across and the other five over 1 inch (2.7cm) across, they have a combined weight of 18 grams. A super quality rare set.
