Mint Boxed Art Deco Sterling Silver Cigarette Case 1942 Antique 186g

Description

A beautiful mint Art Deco boxed solid sterling silver cigarette case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1942 with the makers mark being that of John Rose. It has been stylishly made having a engine turned designed to both the front and back and the cartouche has been engraved with initials possibly GDS or GOS. It is in perfect unused good condition being free from dings splits and repairs and comes in its original retailer box for Lumbers of Leicester. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.7cm) long by 3.5 inches (8.8cm) wide and weighs 186 grams. A beautifully designed piece.
