Woodbridge Antiques has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
. Each bear hallmarks for London 1902, with the maker's mark for Francis Higgins II and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The set is free from any engraved initials.

A wonderful and impressive set as a gift for a Christening or new baby. The silver is in lovely condition as is the original case which only has a few scuffs which I mention for accuracy.
