Description

Size: 7ft 2in x 4ft 2in (218 x 127cm).

Old Yomut Turkmen rug of classic design with repeat gul design.

Circa 1920/30.

The rug has a warm red colour with diagonal rows of guls in alternating colours. The main ivory border frames the rug well. note the large elem panels at each end. A good furnishing rug.

The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile.

The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
