Mint Rare Newcastle Sterling Silver Sauce Gravy Ladle 1854 Victorian Antique

Description

A rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver sauce or gravy ladle. It is hallmarked for Newcastle 1854 with the makers marks being that of Reid & Sons (David Reid). It has been beautifully made to what is termed Old English pattern. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6.25 inches (16cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.3cm) wide and weighs 32 grams. A very nice quality example.
