A fine, Victorian silver cigar cutter in good working order. The two cutting blades are sprung, and push together to slide out. Hallmarks are visible on both sides for Chester 1895, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the maker''s mark: Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings. There is a good loop at the top for attachment to pocket watch chain or keyring
