A charming George III Sterling Silver Teapot, with hallmarks to the base for William Theobolds & Robert Metcalfe Atkinson, London 1797, The teapot is in good usable condition, each side is heavily embossed and chased with central cartouche surrounded by scrolling ornament, it is likey that this ornamentation was added later as was the fashion in the Victorian period.
