Superb Antique Silver Chain and Cricket Fob

1900 - 1920
Description

Superb antique silver chain and cricket fob.

The chain measures 29cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. The T-bar and clasp are hallmarked for 1919. Nice crisp silver marks on each of the graduated links on the chain.

Also included is a superb silver and enamel cricket fob, hallmarked for 1903. The front of the fob has the date 1904 and the letters BACL on a blue enamel background. Either side of the fob are stumps and a cricket batch, with a beautiful enamel panel depicting a tree to the centre.

The back of the fob has some surface marking and the remains of the original inscription.

Total weight 54g.
